Harrison County, Miss– When parents were bringing their kids back from Christmas Break to Head Start in Harrison County, they found the doors were shut.
But now, they’re back open. The Community Development Institute took the reigns from the Gulf Coast Community Action Agency after the GCCAA lost their ability to operate head start after five cases of child abuse over a five month period, that went unreported.
