After a double homicide in Harrison County on Tuesday evening, law enforcement officials have initiated a manhunt for the suspected killer.

The Gulfport Police Department released information on a shooting being reported just before 8 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the residence where they found two victims dead from gunshot wounds.

An investigation labeled Christopher Antoine Davis as the chief suspect in the double murder. Davis allegedly entered the home armed with a firearm, fired upon the victims, striking them multiple times, and fled the scene.

The two victims have been identified by the Harrison County Coroner’s Office, but their names are being withheld until families have been notified.
