Governor Phil Bryant has ordered all flags be flown at half-staff in remembrance of Lieutenant Governor Brad Dye, Jr. and Paul Ott Carruth.
The flags will be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, July 3rd.

“These executive orders are in conjunction with President Donald Trump’s order that all flags be flown at half-staff on Tuesday for the individuals killed in the Capital Gazette shooting in Annapolis, Maryland,” said Governor Phil Bryant in a post to Twitter.
