Governor Tate Reeves will deliver his annual State of the State address Monday evening in Jackson.
The address, which begins at 5 p.m. CT on the south steps of the Mississippi Capitol, will be live-streamed on both SuperTalk.fm and the SuperTalk Mississippi News Facebook page.
Reeves, a Republican in his first term, will discuss the current status of the state as well as what progress has been made over the last calendar year. He is also expected to provide his legislative agenda and goals for the 2023 session.
Northern Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley – who recently announced his intentions to challenge Reeves in this year’s gubernatorial election – will deliver the Democratic response.
