In the aftermath of the news that Tesla CEO Elon Musk had made an offer to purchase Twitter, Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves went nowhere else — but Twitter — to compliment the billionaire.
In his tweet, Reeves wrote, “Big Tech needs a complete management overhaul. We need new leaders who won’t silence conservative voices and shut down free speech simply because they don’t agree with what’s being said.” The Republican governor then proceeded to wish Musk luck in his endeavor to buy the popular social media platform.

Glad to see @ElonMusk shake up the Big Tech establishment. Wishing him the best of luck! https://t.co/ES4yuyVtsy
