JACKSON, Miss. – Tracy Lynn Garner was sentenced Tuesday to life in prison for the death of an adult entertainer from Atlanta.
Garner, 54, was found guilty Friday of depraved heart murder and conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the death of Karima Gordon. Prosecutors said in 2012, Gordon paid Garner $1,500 for an illegal injection to make her butt look bigger. Gordon died several days after having the procedure done at Garner’s Jackson home.
Garner faces similar charges in Alabama.
