BILXOI, Miss. — Two are in jail after police discovered a counterfeit operation. Investigators say Jason Bastrom tried to pass off some funny money at a Shell Gas station in Biloxi. Afterwards police caught up with Bastrom and found him in with counterfeit money, counterfeit payroll checks, and some narcotics that tested positive for meth.
Eventually the investigation lead cops to David Morrow who is facing charges of making counterfeit instruments used to make the money and checks.
