Another MLB Draft has come and gone with plenty of Mississippi players hearing their names called this year.

- Ole Miss saw its third-highest draft pick in program history with Jacob Gonzalez going No. 15 overall to the White Sox.
- Southern Miss and Ole Miss led the state with four draft picks apiece. Mississippi State had three players selected.
- Ole Miss had three commits (Josh Knoth, Zander Mueth, and Cooper Pratt) come off the board while Mississippi State had two commits (Colin Houck and Aidan Smith) selected.
