JACKSON, Miss. – Jackson Public Schools has decided to continue offering free breakfast and lunch to all its students.
It’s all part of the Community Eligibility Program, which allows schools to serve low-income children for free.
The National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs will be providing the meals.
NSLP provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost or free lunches to children during the school year.
