STARKVILLE, Miss.- Former Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott has been cleared of all charges of speeding and driving under the influence.
Not long after being drafted by the Dallas Cowboys, Prescott was accused of driving 41 mph in a 25 mph zone, and driving under the influence.
He appeared in the Starkville Municipal Court on Wednesday for the charges and was found not guilty. Records indicate that the breathalyzer test was invalid and even the second sample was not sufficient.
The Cowboys training camp starts this week.
