FLOWOOD, Miss.- For the second time in nine months, Material Girls manager was arrested Monday for Embezzlement. Material Girls owner Whitney Foster told WLBT-TV she turned herself in to Flowood Police on Monday, after police went to arrest her at the Flowood Material Girls.
Brown was arrested back in December 2014, charged with embezzling over $28,000 from the Ridgeland Material Girls. Police say that she took at least $14,353 in cash deposits from Material Girls in Flowood, totalling up to $42,000 taken from both stores.
Brown is currently free on bond and is scheduled to go to trial on the Ridgeland charges on September 21.
