JACKSON, Miss. – Trying to fight food stamp fraud in Mississippi.
Close to $2 million are headed to the Mississippi Department of human services and Mississippi State University to help combat against wast and abuse of the U.S. Agriculture Nutrition Program, AKA food stamps.
David Noble is With DHS and says:
He says the money will help pay for an investigative staff and for system enhances that will be able to track, monitor and identify fraud.
