A Flowood man will spend just over eight years in prison for having child pornography.
According to court documents, 26-year-old Timothy Daniel Steele, also known as Timothy Daniel Gantenbein, possessed thousands of images and videos of child pornography depicting adult men engaging in sex with minor children. Steele was indicted by a federal grand jury in July 2021 and pled guilty last summer to possession of child pornography.

He will also be required to register as a sex offender. He will serve his time in federal prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release.
