JACKSON, MISS– Graduation day for Jackson State University grads will be even more special now that First Lady Michelle Obama is slated to deliver the commencement speech.
This is part of Mrs. Obama’s Reach Higher Initiative. She will also address graduates at Santa Fe Indian School in Santa Fe, New Mexico and City College of New York in New York City.
Jackson State’s Graduation, which will celebrate degree completion of nearly 1,000 students, will take place on Saturday, April 23rd.
