JACKSON, Miss. Greenbrook Flowers in Jackson celebrates its annual Good Neighbor Day today
If you get a chance to visit their shop you will be given a dozen roses with a small request from the employees. They are asking that you keep one rose for yourself and give away the other 11 to friends, neighbors, or anyone you wish. They hope to encourage making new friends and putting a smile on someones face.
The flower shop began this tradition in 1994 and celebrates it’s 21st year of promoting neighborly kindness. If you want to get in on the fun head over to Greenbrook Flowers on State Street in Jackson to pick up a dozen.
The giveaway began at 8 a.m. today and will end as soon as they run out of roses.
