GULFPORT, Miss. — It could be 20 years behind bars for this man from Gulfport who created a fake business to get $23,541 in BP oil-spill recovery money. Brian Keith Lee plead guilty this week in federal court to one count of mail fraud.
Prosecutors say he filed a fake claim and showed W2 forums form JW Consulting LLC which ran the business that did not exist. He’ll be sentenced in October.
