SOUTHAVEN, Miss. — It’s going to be December 9 now before former Southaven Mayor Greg Davis goes on trial on charges of embezzlement and false pretense.
He had been set to be in court August 19; but the trial has been continued for a second time. Davis was indicted last year on charges of embezzlement by a public official related to his city-leased car and using his city gas card to fill up his own personal car.
