There has been a recall placed on Evenflo Transitions 3-in-1 car seats made before January 29, 2016.
The manufacturer says that children are able to adjust the straps on the seat when it is one of its three positions. This could cause injury to the children and increases that risk. Luckily, no injuries have been reported yet.
Evenflo is offering a kit for free that will “virtually eliminate” the child’s ability to change the straps by reaching the adjustment switch.
