One of four detainees who escaped the Raymond Detention Center Saturday night has been captured.
51-year-old Jerry Raynes was taken into custody in Spring Valley, Texas on Thursday. The arrest of Raynes comes after a stolen public works vehicle was discovered in the enclave of Houston.

Raynes is the second of four escapees to be located. 22-year-old Dylan Arrington died on Wednesday morning during a police standoff that resulted in a home fire in Leake County.
24-year-old Casey Grayson and 22-year-old Corey Harrison are still on the loose and should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office at (601)352-1521.
