The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered/Missing Child Alert for two-year-old Noelle Blair.
She is described as a black female, two feet, six inches tall, weighing approximately 25 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen Saturday, September 24 at approximately 5:00 p.m. in the 5600 block of Spencer Drive in south Jackson. Noelle was last seen wearing a red shirt, black over-all jean shorts and white shoes. She is accompanied by Jeronica Blair Walker and traveling in a 2000 to 2002 white Honda Accord. Walker is described as a black female, five feet, four inches tall, weighing about 100 pounds.
