GUNTOWN, Miss– An eight-year-old in Guntown has accidentally shot his older brother, just ten-years-old, in the head.
Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson says the bullet went through the little boy’s head and into a wall.
The eight-year-old picked up the .22 rifle. His finger hit the trigger by mistake, shooting his brother as he lay in a sleeping bag in the floor.
The boy’s condition is not know. He was sent to Le Bonheur for treatment.
