GREENVILLE, Miss. – The Greenville police officer charged in connection with a July homicide has been suspended without pay until the outcome of his trial.
Arsenio Robinson, 25, is charged with accessory to homicide, conspiracy to commit a crime and promoting gang activity in the July 9 death of Tahita Banks. She died after being shot at a gathering in Belzoni. Fred Hogan is charged with her murder. Investigators said Robinson was at the gathering and after the shooting, gave Hogan his car keys, so he could get away.
Greenville City Council members voted unanimously Tuesday to suspend Robinson.
