WASHINGTON D.C.– Congressman Steven Palazzo (MS-4) demands a “nuclear option” to stop the Iran Nuke Deal in a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
That option, if instituted would only require a 50% + 1 majority to vote for a passage that would disprove of the Iran agreement.
If the Iran Nuke Deal passes, that would allow sanctions to be taken off of the country, allowing them to research and possess nuclear weapons and missiles under supervision.
In order for the “nuclear option” to work, the Senate can change the rules to require the 50% + 1, which would cut down on debate time. The majority vote would decide the end of the Iran Nuke Deal.
