JACKSON, Miss. – Three companies have been fined more than $700, 000 by the Mississippi Public Service Commission (PSC) for allegedly violating the state’s no-call law.
Commissioners voted Tuesday in favor of the fines against Financial Knowledge Network, HME Providers and Fountain of Youth Bathtubs.
Wyoming based Financial Knowledge Network, James Graham and associated companies were cited for 136 violations in 2010 and 2011 and fined a total of $680,000, $5000 for each violation.
HME Providers, a medical equipment dealer based in Florida, alleged to have committed six violations in 2012 and was fined $30,000. While Fountain of Youth Bathrooms of Florida was fined $15,000 for three alleged violations in 2013.
