JACKSON, Miss. – The trial will begin Monday in the case against political blogger Clayton Kelly.
Kelly’s been accused of snapping pictures of the late Rose Cochran, former wife of Senator Thad Cochran, at a Mississippi nursing home.
It’s believed Kelly intended to use the photos to conspire against the Senator.
73-year-old Rose Cochran died last December. She suffered from dementia.
