CLINTON, Miss.- Downloading child pornography from the internet onto his home computer is the reason a Clinton man will spend the next five years behind bars.
Attorney General Jim Hood said in a news release that Rickey Bryant Roby, 35, has been sentenced to 10 years with five years suspended and five years to serve after he entered a guilty plea Friday to one count of child exploitation.
Roby will also have to register as a sex offender upon his release.
