Clinton Campaign Names State Leadership Council

JACKSON, MISS–  The Hillary for Mississippi organization announced its Leadership Council which consists of more than 75 elected officials, community, and grassroots leaders who they say will help Hillary Clinton secure the Democratic presidential primary in Mississippi on March 8. 

“These Mississippians know that, as President, Hillary Clinton will fight to make sure families in Mississippi, and all across the nation, see greater opportunity,” said Hillary for Mississippi Press Secretary Ouida Meruvia. “Hillary Clinton has dedicated her life to fighting for social justice and working to make people’s lives better, especially in underserved communities. She is committed to breaking down barriers that hold us back so that education and job prospects are never limited by things like race, economic status, and zip code.”
