Poplarville-based trio Chapel Hart has been selected as this year’s featured artist for Ford Truck Month, with the America’s Got Talent top-five finalist being named the headliner for the music lineup.
Each year, the vehicle manufacturer partners with the best musicians from across the country in order to showcase the music that drives them to go further, as well as give fans a sneak peek into the lives of their favorite artists.
The program also allows fans to win tickets to live concerts, VIP meet-and-greet experiences, and autographed merchandise from their favorite artists.
Past musicians include Mississippi’s own Christone “Kingfish” Ingram from Clarksdale, as well as Carly Pearce, Thomas Rhett, Marc Broussard, Priscilla Block, Clint Black, and more than 100 other artists.
Now, Chapel Hart has been chosen to represent their home state during this year’s Ford Truck Month partnerships, leading Danica and Devynn Hart and their cousin Trea Swindle to release their newest single “This Girl Likes Fords.”
“You have no idea how long we’ve been waiting, wishing, and praying for this moment…literally since we were kids, we’ve always said, when we get famous, we’re gonna get matching F-250s, we’re gonna get them custom pink, we’re gonna get pink rims, we’re gonna deck them out – that’s always been the dream,” Swindle said.
Those wishing to see Chapel Hart perform live can register online for a chance to win a “flyaway experience,” tickets to a show, and more.
Fans can also watch the trio compete for Simon Cowell’s team during the AGT: Fantasy League semi-finals at 8/7c on NBC Monday night. If Chapel Hart is the last act standing when the competition concludes on Feb. 19, the Mississippi group will be awarded the grand prize title and a whopping sum of $250,000.
