A Caledonia teen has been indicted for allegedly killing his mother’s fiancé just hours after his high school graduation.
19-year-old Justin Coggins was indicted for manslaughter by a Lowndes County grand jury for shooting 33-year-old Dustin Hoffpauir
The shooting happened on Richards Lane on May 21, 2022. Hoffpauir died at the scene.
Coggins had just graduated from Caledonia High School hours before reportedly opening fire on the 33-year-old.
No further court date has been set at this time.
