Mississippi Department of Corrections Commissioner Burl Cain, who was selected earlier this year by Governor Tate Reeves to fill the role, made an appearance on today’s episode of The Gallo Show to provide an update on the prison system.
Cain came into the job quite optimistic that he could turn around one of the most violent prison systems in America, and apparently, he’s already doing just that.
