BILOXI, Miss. — Dare devils, this could be the moment you’ve been waiting for; a chance to run with the bulls.
More than 100 thrill seekers have already signed up to run alongside the dangerous and unpredictable wild beasts during this Saturday’s Biloxi Beach Bull Run; but organizers say there is still room for even more runners. The bulls come from the swamps of Louisiana and weigh more than 1,200 pounds each. Organizers say they have taken several steps to ensure safety, including grinding down the horns of the bulls, putting the proper fencing along the course to keep the bulls on track and hiring medical personnel.
