A Brandon family walked away with $25,000 for charity after being featured on Sunday’s episode of Celebrity Family Feud with stand-up comedian and Saturday Night Live star Chris Redd.
Both Margaret and Melvin Redd were joined by their son, Chris, and other family members to compete against celebrity actress Fortune Feimster’s team.
With the help of Chris, Margaret, a Kosciusko native, and her husband Melvin, who was raised in Brandon, both secured the winning prize after receiving over 217 points in the final round.
All of the funds will be donated to 100 Black Men of Chicago, which is located in the family’s most recent hometown.
The charity assists young African American men and women in Chicago through numerous youth development programs.
