JACKSON, Miss. The two boys accused of forcing a woman into a car at gunpoint and sexually assaulting her appeared in Court Monday where they were officially charged as adults.
Jackson police say the woman was hit over the head, forced into her car and sexually assaulted before she was able to escape her attackers at a gas station. The boys kept the car, but were later pulled over by police and arrested. Remy Harvey, 13, and Eddie Devin, 16, are both charged with armed carjacking, sexual battery, aggravated assault, rape and kidnapping.
