JACKSON, Miss. – The McCoy Federal Building in downtown Jackson had to be evacuated due to a bomb scare.
Police brought in the K-9 unit and found a flammable liquid sealed container. Local Firefighters then determined that there were no explosive components inside and disposed of the container.
Investigators are still trying to find out how the container got there.
