ROSEDALE, Miss.–Missing since June 17, Jonathan Waldrop’s face has been all over the media in Mississippi in the past couple of days. The discovery of a body near the 2008 Chevy pickup that belonged to Waldrop may have brought an end to the search.
The badly decomposed body and truck were found Monday near Rosedale, in Bolivar County where Waldrop went missing, MBI Spokesman Warren Strain told media.
He said Waldrop’s identity could not be confirmed yet, but a DNA test may do the job.
Just how Waldrop died, that was not being discussed yet. The investigation is continuing today.
