JACKSON, Miss.- According to the Jackson Police Department twitter feed a body has been found in a local city park.
Death investigation: Cynthia Rd. near Flag Chapel Rd. Male subject found deceased, cause of death is unknown at this time. Update to come.

The body was found at Presidential Hill’s Park near Cynthia and Flag Chapel Road. Police have blocked part of the park and road off to investigate the scene.

Police said it was a black male, shot multiple times.. No identity has been confirmed yet and the cause of death is not known at this time.
