JACKSON, Miss.–A U.S. District Judge will more than likely rule on Monday whether the Executive Order from Governor Phil Bryant reinstating all HMA hospitals into network under Blue Cross and Blue Shield was appropriate.
Ten hospitals in total were affected under the Order since BCBS and Health Management Associates have been in a financial fight over reimbursement payments between the two.
BCBS is now hoping to get a temporary restraining order against Bryant granted to keep him out of the argument. Each side was able to present their case on Friday in a courtroom.
