Hinds County Court Judge Carlyn M. Hicks took the oath of office on July 14, 2020, and hit the ground running. Judge Hicks knows it takes all hands on deck to impact the youth of Hinds County positively. She is dedicated to working in collaboration with families and key stakeholders to ensure children’s safety, permanency, and well-being in Hinds County.
