WalletHub has come out with this years best and worst retailers for Black Friday.
Some of the best deals you’ll find this year will be at JCPenney, Kohl’s and Groupon. All with an average discount of over 60 percent per item.
Some of the retailers with the lowest discounts are Amazon, Sam’s Club and Costco, their discounts average below 30 percent.
