LAUREL, Miss.- Authorities are investigating a body found Friday morning in Laurel.
A call came in that there was a body in the ditch behind Cook Avenue Community Center. The body was described as a white male.
Laurel police department sent the body was sent to Jackson to confirm the identity.
The investigation is ongoing.
