Law enforcement in south Mississippi seized a large amount of marijuana on Wednesday.
According to Pike County Sheriff Bryant “Wally” Jones, an investigation spurred by his department and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics resulted in 34 pounds of weed being confiscated at an undisclosed location.
While details remain slim, we do know authorities are expecting multiple arrests to be made in connection with this case. No additional details have been provided by officials at this time.
