In April 2009, Brandi Perry was stricken with a rare brain, brain stem, and spinal cord disorder call Chiari Malformation. After surgery, Brandi began therapy and rehab in an attempt to allow her to regain use of her legs, hands, and simple motor skills. The month following surgery, Brandi began having numerous book ideas and immediately concentrated her efforts on her first novel.
To date, Brandi has overcome her health struggles and authored 5 novels: Wayward Justice, A Whisper on the Bayou, Buried Cries, The Jury and Splintered.
