One person has been arrested after a driver fled from police in Jackson.
According to law enforcement, a man by the name of Jubory Knight led officers on a high-speed chase after failing to stop for a traffic violation around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Knight led Capitol Police officers from Ellis Avenue in Jackson to Knight Road in the neighboring suburb of Pearl before finally being stopped.
Knight was taken into custody and charged with felony fleeing. Pearl Police assisted Capitol Police in the pursuit.
