Afroman Pleads Guilty to Charges From Punching a Woman at a Biloxi Concert

BILOXI, MISS– When Haley Byrd was enjoying an Afroman concert at Kress Live in Biloxi, she decided to make her way on stage.

She danced up close to the artist. Afroman a.k.a Joseph Foreman. That’s when he decked her onstage. Police stopped the show and took Afroman away. Byrd had to be treated for a concussion.

Fast forward six months later, and Foreman pleads guilty in court. Earlier this year, he issued an apology, saying at first he believed Byrd was a male heckler.

The judge says Foreman could face up to six months in jail, but that is suspended if he’ll agree to drug testing, anger management, and stay out of trouble.
