PASS CHRISTIAN, Miss. — Pass Christian High School may be the best public school in the state. It was the only Mississippi school to make the U.S. News and World Report 2014 list of the nation’s best public schools, ranking in the top 7 percent.
Schools were ranked based on test scores, advanced placement participation, and how effectively the school educates economically disadvantaged students.
