JACKSON, Miss.–After a tornado and floods over the weekend and Monday morning, you may not like this: There could be more coming Tuesday.
National Weather Service Meteorologist David Cox tells News Mississippi that even though Monday afternoon was expected to be storm-free, another system was due during the day Tuesday for the whole state.
“We could have some more showers and thunderstorms move through,” he said. “Maybe even some small hail, but it does look like severe potential-wide, it’s not gonna be as high.”
After that, a nice rest of your week, with sunny skies and temps in the 60s Wednesday, 70s Thursday and upper 70s to 80 Friday.
