VICKSBURG, Miss.- He was playing with a gun he found when it discharged and shot him in the head.
The 16-year-old was found on the floor by Vicksburg police after they received a call around 1 a.m. Thursday.
The boy was alert and talking when they found him and was sent to River Region Medical Center and then flown to the University of Mississippi Medical Center to receive surgery.
