OXFORD, Miss. — The man accused of killing his mom and younger brother has now been indicted by a Lafayette County grand jury.
Police say Regis Mister, 26, shot and killed Dr. Carol Gary and Patrick Gray at their Oxford home on November 8, 2013. Gray was the principal at Davidson Elementary School in Water Valley. Mister had worked as a resource officer for the same school district, but had earlier, before the shootings, been relieved of his duties.
