JACKSON, Miss. – Former American Idol contestant and Brandon native, Skylar Laine is set to perform at the Jackson Zoo March 8 at 11:30 a.m. for all zoo guests.
Special Events Coordinator Carol Woodson said, “March 8 is Zoo Day, something we do every year for our annual kick off to the spring season.”
The event is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will have lots of activities such as, face painting, bouncy houses, and seeing all the great animals. There will be venders coming in and a day full of fun.
There is no extra cost for the event. Everything will be included with the regular cost of admission.
