No new COVID-19-related deaths were included in today’s report from the Mississippi State Department of Health.
The report does include 215 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the state’s total number of cases up to 100,703. To date, 3,013 Mississippians have passed away from the virus.
Hospital data has not yet been updated. Heading into the weekend, overall hospitalizations were down to 412.
The MSDH is now able to estimate that 90,577 Mississippians have recovered from COVID-19.
